If a template is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason.
Email zhenchigaofei1@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout, or the order number from your receipt. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
Refunds are issued by our payment provider, Creem, back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank it can take 5–10 business days to appear.
Once refunded, please delete the files you downloaded. The licence to use them ends with the refund.
If a file will not open or is corrupted, contact us first — we will usually fix it or send a working copy the same day, which is faster than a refund.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer law of your own country. If you are in the EU or UK you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days; we honour that period regardless of whether the files have been downloaded.
