By buying or downloading anything from Lumio you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the products.
You are buying a licence to use a digital file — a spreadsheet template, a PDF worksheet pack, or a bundle of them. You are not buying the copyright.
Unless stated otherwise the licence is personal use by one person. Teachers may print the worksheet pack for students in their own classroom. You may not resell, redistribute, publish or share the files, or claim authorship of them.
Delivery is digital and immediate. After payment you receive a download link on the confirmation page and by email. Nothing is shipped.
If your download link fails, contact us and we will send a replacement.
Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record. Creem handles card processing, applicable VAT/GST/sales tax, and issues your receipt. Your card statement will show Creem as the seller.

Our products and calculators are planning and educational tools. They do not constitute financial, tax, legal or investment advice, and we are not a financial adviser. Figures are estimates based on the numbers you enter. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.
The products are provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you make your purchase.
